Building Usage

The information below is what a typical Sunday looked like, pre-pandemic. We long for a time that our Sunday mornings at church can return back to "normal".

Sunday Services at 8:00 and 10:00

Those who are new to our church community might like to know that the 8:00 service is always simple and quiet, a wonderful service for those seeking time and space for personal meditation and reflection. The 10:00 service regularly includes special music from one or more of our church choirs along with special celebrations, baptisms, dedications and announcements. On the fourth Sunday of each month at 10:00, we celebrate with a Family Service which includes the participation of our children and youth.

Holy Communion

The first Sunday morning of each month we celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion at both 8:00 and 10:00. Holy Communion in our church is open to all who seek to follow in the way of Christ, both children and adults. It is our practice to serve bread and grape juice.

Family Service

On the fourth Sunday of every month at 10:00, we celebrate with a Family Service which includes the participation of our children and youth. The Carol and Chapel Choirs sing and the 8th grade Confirmation Class assists in leading the service.

back to home

Every Sunday morning during the 10:00 service, our church provides a Nursery for children newborn through 4-years-old. Parents are required to register their children, and to sign their children in and out of the Nursery. We want to do our very best to make the Nursery safe and secure.

Fellowship Hour

We host a Fellowship Hour following our 8:00 service on the first Sunday of each month, and following our 10:00 services on the second and fourth Sundays of each month. This is a wonderful opportunity to visit with other families and friends in the church. Please make an effort to introduce yourself to people you haven’t met. Help newcomers to feel that wherever they are on life’s journey, they are welcome here. If you have any questions, please speak to Terry Sdun, chair of the Fellowship Team, or Marti DeMario, the Fellowship Team's representative on the Council.

Safe Sanctuary

We are doing our very best to insure that all people, most especially children, are always safe when at the church or when participating in church activities or programs.

Accessible to All (A2A)

We are doing our very best to make our church fully accessible to persons with physical disabilities.

Open and Affirming (ONA)

We are doing our very best to welcome all people into full participation in the life of our church regardless of their sexual orientation.
